My typing Test

I am practising my typing so I can be quicker and more accurate.

This will help me finish my work faster.

On Monday my (WPM) result was 32 

On Friday my (WPM) result was 37

On Friday my (WPM) result was higher then Mondays result and I need to work on spelling my words and remembering the word after another word.

My Basic Facts Test

I am testing how quickly I can remember my Basic Facts.

I need to remember my Basic Facts because they are the knowledge I need to help me with strategies to solve Maths problems.

On Friday my result was 59/60

On Monday my result last Friday my result was 55/60

On Friday my result was higher then Mondays result and I am almost moving up a stage and I still  need to work on my doubles and I need to work on my grouping with ten and 20.

My silent reading today/Captain Underpants and the Turbo Toilet 2000

On the picture you can see that Captain Underpants is  in a toilet.
The toilets name is the Turbo Toilet 2000. You can see a very cool silhouette for the back round and you can see four boys that are like twins. The ones at the back are yesterday George and yesterday Harold and the ones in the front is just original George and Harold and the guy in the octopus  suit is  Melvin.  

Genre of the book
You can see that the genre  is  action thrills and laffs or you can call it comedy.

Why I chose this book 
I chose this book because the picture look interesting and action thrills  and laffs/comedies are my favourite genre's.

What is my number 89

I am learning that numbers can be shown in many different ways

I can show in my presentation some of the different ways my number can be recorded.

My favourite way is making up a word problem.

The thing that was hard was to pick a number the more or less  the create a word problem and the tally marks.

The thing that was easy was the place value the ten frames  the place value money  and the even or odd.

On Monday my result was 52/60

On Friday my result was much more higher because I got better at my halves and grouping with ten and twenty. 

My silent reading today/Captain Underpants and the Turbo toilet 2000

 

This is my book that I read today
On the picture you can see Captain Underpants in a toilet.The toilet's name is the Turbo toilet 2000. Then you can see four of the same boys. The one with the black flat hair is George and the one with the bad yellow haircut  is Harold and the big guy in that suet and glasses with the red tie  is Melvin.

What my story is about
Today I was reading  about  when George and Harold  have a really mean teacher name Mr. Krupp  and he try's to split George and Harold for missing a special test day at home sleeping. They were sleeping because they had to spend 5 day's to save the world from the Turbo  toilet  2000.

Solution
They used Melvin's Robo squid and go back in time to yesterday to fix the problem. Then they resp waned   back in Melvin's garage then they ran to school then they did their test. Then after school they went to their tree house and see yesterday George and yesterday Harold sleeping. Then George and Harold did not know what to do.Then yesterday George woke up and got his watch and screamed NOOO! WE FELL ASLEEP WE ,WE SLEETED   THROUGH OUT TEST.
