Lent acts of kindness

My promise to God was to do a act of kindness for 40 days and  40 Nights.So a act of kindness  is like when someone is getting bulled. Then I can go  help the person that is getting bulled.

This is my act of kindness for my Nan crossing the road. she had trouble and then I saw her struggle then I helped her then she was telling jokes about her being slow and then I felt happy. That is a example of a act of kindness you can do a act of kindness by helping a person with expecting nothing back.
